Australia Day ‘Gold Rush Tea’Created by Jamie Terrell, Hendricks Gin Ambassador
Ingredients30ml Hendrick’s Gin2 one-inch cubes of ripe mango50ml pre-made Mango Tea15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
MethodShake all ingredients together and finely strain. Serve in a teacup or suitable glass drinking vessel with ice. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
